Two Indies Rum

A combination of Bajan rum and Indian spirit presents a cornucopia of aromas beginning with ripe butter and earthy funk, fruit wine and nuts, bicycle tire, apples and grapes, charred wood, pineapple, guanabana and treacle. On the palate, a big funky fruit basket quickly evolves into a slew of complex but not pretentious flavors from cherry to apple to shortbread cookie, then an after taste of apple-cinnamon before rancio. The bright flavors dissipate entirely leaving behind a slightly cloying texture on the palate.
