RumXP Award Winner. Aromas of toasted oak, cognac-like grape, a whiff of whiskey, fruit cake, vanilla, dried fruit spices, caramelized sugar, herbs over oak. On the palate, honey mead warms up to oak and pepper with grassy notes mid-palate as the wood notes compliment the bouquet. The finish is reminiscent of delicate pound cake with echoes of vanilla.
