Taildragger Amber

Bottle 274, Batch 12. This unfiltered single barrel presents a light straw color. Aromas of wood and green pepper, black pepper, soft marshmallow and cane are accented by flowers, a little funky yeast, rose or maybe orange blossom water and subtle wood. The palate is bright cane tempered by white oak, echoes of tequila's salty smokiness over a vegetal profile. The long warm finish fades with big oak.
