Richland Single Estate Old Georgia aged rum

Aromas of big bourbon oak dominate subtle aromas of wine and sourdough before butter, cherry/apricot fruit brandy and vegetal herbal notes. On the palate, bold bourbon barrel notes lead to a building heat reminiscent of Jameson Irish Whiskey, lots of wood on the palate throughout before a hint of fruit wine and buttery fruitcake over fresh cut cane.
