A traditional Bajan style rum leads with aromas of big Bourbon oak, hints of caramel, vanilla and toffee, very dry and oaky with a hint of dry green apple and fruit, a touch of baking spice. The palate reveals a big Bourbon note, nothing contrived, with some heat on the mid and late palate, featuring an aftertaste of oak and vanillin.
