R. St. Barth Chic

A full flavored amber rum presents aromas of rose petal, subtle lavender and sherry wood before hints of cherry, cola nut, chocolate fudge, brandy wood and dried orange peel. On the palate, the rose petal note persists, initially with lavender and orange peel before fading into cherry blossom. The expected sweetness never arrives, staying very dry into the warm finish with toasted cocoa bean and dried cherries over a hint of Oloroso sherry wood.
