Aromas of buttery toast, old wood, cinnamon toast, custard, vanilla, a little burnt sugar, creme brûlée, a hint of orange oil, with subtle floral potpourri and honey notes. Big sweet entry is quite viscous, notes of sarsaparilla, cherry and almond over French toasts in mid-palate right up the finish where it feels more balanced toward dry.
