Muddy River Carolina Rum Silver

Produced on the banks of the Catwaba River in Belmont, North Carolina, this clear spirit exhibits aromas of green banana or plantain with white pepper and caramel before hard candy and marshmallow taffy leads to almond. On the palate, a very soft entry of clean gentle cane offers a subtle reference to banana, before the mid palate warms up to reveal some peppery notes on top of a vegetal mescal hint, before a warm lingering finish.
