Aromas of toasted oak, ginger spiced cookie, molasses tinged with dry cedar, a hint of vanilla, bananas foster, burnt sugar/caramel, banana flavored praline, treacle, stone fruit or sour sop. On the palate, all oak and butter in the beginning, very smooth, cashew nut, coconut meat, suggestion of spices on the edge of the palate, long lasting butter, coconut, bitter cocoa nibs, vegetal and flowery notes into the long finish.
