From Long Pond's double retort pot still. Aromas of sweet buttery charred oak and chardonnay, very ripe butter, green apple, banana, pineapple, herbaceous vegetal, fresh bread dough. On the palate, a smooth butter toffee entry leads into a very complex fruity, funky bouquet accented by an interesting briny, earthy, stingray leather tempered by wood before a very long, lingering complex finish.
