Copacabana 1940 Rum Añejo

A golden amber rum blended by "Don Pancho" Fernandez, this delightful blend of copper column distillates from Panama opens with aromas of buttery croissant, then a light rubber note suggesting a well balanced sweetness of light brown sugar. On the palate, the warm vanilla entry accents hints of caramel and dry fruit, with a well balanced character. Late in the taste some younger rum in the blend exhibits warm character with a touch of pepper.
