- Aroma of dark wet earth, aromatic burnt wood and vague essences of cacao over a note of malt, then coffee and Sherry in the background. On the palate, burnt sugar and coffee lead to smoke and burnt toast, cherry/almond comes up in the mid-palate with bitter vanilla into the dry finish.
