Pot stilled. 45 percent abv Aromas of fresh cane, bell pepper, pineapple, subtle toasted barrel, ripe butter, champagne, cut grass. A bold cane entry leads to vague sweetness, herbaceous greens, champagne, warmth growing in the mid-palate, with a hint of pineapple in the surprisingly long finish.
