Appleton Estate 30 Year Old

A rare limited edition (1440 bottles) 30-year-old rum was first individually aged for eight years, then blended together and aged for an additional 22 years in the highest quality oak barrels. The aromas of burnt sugar, citrus peel and butter are intense, fiercely competing with bitter oak. On the palate, an incredibly complex bouquet of caramel, vanilla and heavy bourbon wood leads to baking spices and citrus peel, ripe banana, almond and treacle with wood notes dominating the long finish.
