- A masterpiece of artful aging and blending, offering a blend of light and medium bodied rums aged up to seven years with a smoothness and richness that is rare in a white rum. Initial aromas of butter, river rock and grassy cane are followed by black pepper, shortbread, vanilla, bourbon barrel, citrus peel and just a hint of sea salt. On the palate, a rich mouth feel of butter and cream opens with a warm hint of licorice, then vanilla, citrus and subtle barrel notes. The finish is long, warm and medium-dry.
