- 48 percent abv abv. Aromas of dry white wine, bitter charred wood, subtle overripe butter, green apple, brief flash of caramel, vaguely smokey. The soft delicate entry leads to rich, bright wood tones, balance in mid-palate of tannins and hints of caramel green apple before butter and a late pepper note in the finish.
